<p>After the big services last Sunday, when we spent our last day in the Holy Trinity church building with many good friends and memories, we now enter the unknown, as the various members of Holy Trinity begin to form new links, and find new homes…</p>

<p>We do have some arrangements for the forthcoming months, thanks to the generous support of our friends and neighbours at St Michael’s:-</p>
<h2>The Portnall Lecture</h2>
<p>will be held on Saturday 18th June as planned (see <a href="http://holytrinitybath.wordpress.com/2010/09/05/16th-portnall-lecture/">this post</a> for details) but will be in <a href="http://www.stmichaelsbath.org.uk/index.phtml">St Michael’s church</a>, Broad Street.</p>
<h2>Tuesday Lunchtime Mass</h2>
<p>The weekly mass on Tuesdays at 1:05 pm will continue in the chapel at <a href="http://www.stmichaelsbath.org.uk/index.phtml">St Michael’s</a>, Broad Street starting on Tuesday 8th March (Shrove Tuesday).</p>

<p><strong>Our Final Annual Parish Meeting </strong>will take place at 11.15am on Sunday 27th February, immediately before the last Mass, in order to elect officers for the coming months to wind up our affairs and finalise the handing over of the church building.</p>

<p><strong>Standing Orders/Direct Debits: </strong>please be sure to cancel your bank arrangements in favour of Holy Trinity, so that our accounts can be balanced before closure.</p>

<p><strong>Before you leave, do read </strong>the kind letter to the congregation from the Revd Kieren Bourne, Senior Pastor of the Living Springs Metropolitan Community Church in Bath, which is displayed on the noticeboard beside the side door.</p>

<p><strong>Mass on Sunday 6th March, </strong>(Half-Marathon day)<strong>: </strong>Fr Michael will be celebrating Mass at 6pm on Sunday 6th March at St Mary’s Bathwick, and we are all invited to join the congregation for that service.</p>

<p><strong>Holocaust Memorial Day: </strong>next Sunday 30th January at 6pm, Living Springs Metropolitan Community Church will be holding its annual service to mark the day, at the URC Hall in Grove Street, in the presence of the Mayor of Bath. There will be an opportunity to listen and reflect on the theme of <em>Untold Stories</em>, translating the past into contemporary action, and an act of remembrance. Everyone is invited.</p>

<p><strong>The Mayor’s Multi-Faith Gathering </strong>will take place on Sunday 6th February at 2.45pm at the Guildhall, when you are invited to explore the Mayor’s theme, <em>Town &amp; Gown,</em> from the perspective of 8 different faiths.  Share a free buffet whilst discovering more about Baha’i, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim, Sai Baba and Sikh faiths.  Everyone is welcome.</p>

<p><strong>THIS EVENING we are invited to the 10th Epiphany-tide Service of Praise, also marking the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. </strong>The service starts at 6pm at St Mary’s Bathwick, and the Preacher will be the Bishop of Bath &amp; Wells.  This year’s theme, offered by the Churches in Jerusalem, invites Christians everywhere to pause and reflect on their relation to the Mother Church in Jerusalem….</p>

<p>Stamps for Donkeys: Please bring the used postage stamps from your Christmas and New Year post to church by next week at the latest, so that Mary can send them off to raise money for our donkeys at Bransby, near Lincoln.</p>
<p>Like as the Hart: a Promenade Concert in Wells Cathedral, 7-8pm on Friday 14th January.  Tallis Voices (including Frank &amp; Margaret from our choir) will perform musical reflections on the psalms, in aid of Wells Cathedral Girl Chorister Trust.  Tickets £8 from Wells Cathedral Shop or Bath Festivals Box Office: 463362.</p>
